Steve Guerra is the Director of Operations in Houston Texas, promoted in November 2010, operating 85 Pizza Huts. His responsibilities include day to day operations, staffing, training, and restaurant development. Steve arrived from Corpus Christi as the market manager there, supervising 30 Pizza Huts. He began his career as a team member in Corpus Christi while attending Carroll High School he earned promotions along the way eventually being promoted to RGM the day after graduation. Steve was then transferred to Austin Texas, where he helped launch a test for delivery service, earning a RGM of the year award while working for PHI. Steve was moved again to Mexico City to assist with new store openings, and worked in San Antonio and a few smaller markets as equity locations were acquired or sold. Steve was sent back to Corpus Christi with PH corporate as an Area Coach supervising 8 locations. During this time he earned the Eagle Award which was awarded for sales building and sales growth.
Steve has participated in many new store openings and has helped oversee the building and construction of 12 new locations in Houston Texas in just under three years. Steve has his degree in hotel and restaurant management from Del Mar College and enjoys all sports.
