Bob started with the company in 1999 as a restaurant manager. After a year he transferred to work in the corporate office in the Human Resources Department as the benefits clerk. From there Bob worked his way up through the Human Resources Department as Employee Relations Manager, Human Resources Manager and then in 2013 was promoted to the Director of Human Resources.
Bob’s background is in the hospitality/food service industry beginning in 1980, working in restaurants, country clubs, and resort hotels as a Sous Chef and Chef.
Bob is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in 1986. Bob earned his Professional in Human Resources Certificate in 2008.
